SHANNON GREEN
Shannon Green, DC, MS, 500 RYT, was first introduced to yoga over 10 years ago, and has continuously returned to the practice during times of uncertainty or stress. She found yoga to be healing and grounding, and learned that yoga is so much more than simple asana or poses which lead her on a journey to gain more knowledge through yoga teacher training. She has recently completed 500 hr YTT at Blue Sky Yoga with Angie Campbell, and is inspired to guide others through mindful movement and lead them toward balance and healing.
Shannon is a licensed Chiropractor, and Assistant Professor of Neuroscience. She is passionate about biomechanics, nervous system regulation, and holistic health. Her goal is to help others relieve stress, empower them on their self-healing journey, and connect with their bodies through movement and breath work.
