ROXANNE RODRIGUEZ
Roxanne is a 200 RYT with a passion for vinyasa flow and helping others connect breath, movement, and self. Roxanne began a teaching role after finding her own strength to overcome the mental and physical setbacks she encountered. She has dedicated her practice to helping others tap into their own strengths on their mat and take that strength with them in all aspects of their life.
Roxanne’s style is fun and approachable for anyone looking to spend time on their mat and she is prepared to meet anyone on their yoga journey. Offering options to amplify poses and always allowing students to find their own strength.
Roxanne began a yoga practice with her young daughter at first, attending small family yoga classes and even exploring yoga DVDs at home. Years would pass until she sat down in a studio class solo. Immediately finding herself intrigued with the philosophy, she began to embrace the practice and all of the physical challenging. Finding mental and physical strength on her mat she began to explore her strength beyond her comfort zone and enrolled in teacher training.
