LENA DOLTER
Back in the 90's Lena became obsessed with fitness and health. She caught the teaching bug early, while in college, she taught step aerobics at a local fitness club. After a move to Cincinnati, she attended her first yoga class where she was the only student. Lena loved how she could easily Yoga came to her. She fell in love, and continued to seek out more opportunities to practice yoga. In 2013, she took the plunge into a local 200 hour teacher training, and that's when she learned the power of a home practice. Lena has her own daily yoga practice, and continues to be a student in local classes, as well as studying with nationally renowned teachers through workshops, festivals, and online. She feels being a student makes her a strong teacher and allows her to continually evolve her practice and extend more offerings to her students. In addition to yoga, Lena is passionate about teaching women to sync with their period/moon cycle, so they can work with the energy connected to each phase of the cycle. In doing this, she helps women have more time, feel more confident, and manifest with greater ease!
