GRACE LEON
Grace first found yoga right out of college when she was struggling with body image and finding balance between the physical and spiritual. She quickly noticed how yoga helped her to begin to connect with her body and slow down. After 2 years of practicing she ventured off to Bali, Indonesia where she did her 200 hour yoga teacher training. With a bachelors and masters in exercise science, she creates a well rounded, grounding practice for her students. She loves to incorporate breathwork, meditation and slowing down the practice to restore the mind, body & soul. Grace wants to encourage what we learn on our mats to be taken off our mats into our everyday lives, living in more presence and peace.
